Bookings

If you would like to make a booking at the hall please complete our Booking and Hire Agreement or contact the bookings secretary, Teresa Lerry, by email to discuss further.

You can check availability on our calendar.

A booking is treated as Provisional until you have received a formal confirmation of booking.

Licensing – Due to licensing considerations, Committee permission must be granted for any function where music or dancing will take place.  SALE OF ALCOHOL is only allowed with the permission of the Licensee (contact us).

You may also download our Fire Risk Assessment.  Before your hall hire you should read this and ensure that you are familiar with the fire evacuation procedure.

Hire ChargesThe hall hire charge gives access to the whole building, including a well stocked kitchen with crockery and cutlery for 80 places plus a bar area with glasses of all standard bar sizes for a similar number (fridge access not included). Hire charges also include fibre broadband which is now available at the hall.

£18 per hour

Local discount: 20%

To qualify for local discount you must live within the parish of Sandhurst or have a strong family connection. If you are a society, then the majority of the people attending your event must come from the village. If you are unsure whether or not you qualify, then please email Teresa Lerry. Final decisions regarding who qualifies rest with the management committee and all decisions are final.

Whilst we will endeavour to ensure every booking runs smoothly, please be aware that all village hall committee members are volunteers and do this in their spare time. Your understanding is appreciated.
