The following groups meet regularly in the Village Hall:

Women’s Institute Third Wednesday of each month at 7.30pm

The Sandhurst branch of the Women’s Institute meets in the hall on the third Wednesday of each month.  (No meeting in August. December meeting on the 2nd Wednesday)If you would like to find out more about the group and its meetings please email by clicking here.

Sandhurst Parish Council – First Monday of each month at 7.30pm

Sandhurst Parish Council meet at 7 p.m. on the first Monday of each month, except for August when there is no meeting.  These meetings are always open for anybody to attend.  If you need further information, please email the clerk to the Council, Mr Peter Langley

Upholsterers – Every Thursday from September to April at 11am

The Sandhurst Upholstery group meets in the Village Hall on a Thursday from 11am during the months of September to April.  If you would like to find out more about this group’s activities, please contact Gill by email on this link

Sandhurst Table Tennis Club – Every Tuesday and some Thursday evening at 7.30pm

The table tennis club is a thriving group of all ages who meet for matches and practices at the village hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  If you  would like to know more please email Stuart by clicking here.

Flower Arranging – Second Monday of each month at 7.30pm

Churchdown and District Flower Club can be found in Sandhurst Village Hall. We meet on the 2nd Monday in the month at 7.30pm. We have a programme of demonstrations, talks and practical evenings, and a monthly raffle. Toddler Group – Second Saturday of each month at 9.30am

Second Saturday of every month – 9.30am-11am.  A chance for parents and children to get to know other young residents in the village. Tea/Coffee provided.  Donation for entry.  For more information email: gopanthers@live.co.uk

Coffee Morning – Second Monday of each month at 10am

The coffee morning has been a very long standing tradition started in 1995 when the traditional source of village gossip closed – the village shop! Everyone is welcome so do come along and meet and greet….and hear the latest village news. Often the Village Agent calls in, as do the Community Police Officers to see if anyone has any concerns.

Sandhurst Village Hall Committee Meeting – First Wednesday of each month at 7.30pm

Our hall is a wonderful asset to our village community. It is managed by a group of trustees—volunteers from the village. The Sandhurst Village Hall Committee organises an array of fundraising events throughout the year to support the maintenance of the hall.  Residents who want to get to feel a real part of this village are very welcome to join the committee.  We are always keen to attract new members. 

Sandhurst Friday Night Club – Every Friday night from 6pm in Summer, later in winter

Run by village residents for village residents.  There is a rota for running the bar and it is a fun way to get to know different people in the village.  Friday Night Club regularly has different events such as bbq and music nights, quiz nights and more.  For more information see the Sandhurst Friday Night Club facebook page.

Fearn Fitness “Senior Moments” Fitness Class – Every Tuesday 9.30am-10.30am

It is a well known fact, scientifically proven that physical activity and exercise can help you stay healthy, energetic and independent as you get older. Our senior group training aims to improve balance and daily function for those that may have gotten out of the habit of exercise or feel that they don’t really know where to start. With regular local groups our Senior Moments service is a popular class that ensures you stay active, healthy and focused. It is also a great place to meet new friends! Bridge Football Academy for beginners aged 2-5yrs – Every Tuesday 12.30pm-1.30pm
